In order to ensure the reliability of satellite data, it is necessary to test the authenticity of satellite products during the
operation of ocean color satellite in orbit. Therefore, it is significant to obtain accurate sea surface field data, which can
provide source data for the authenticity test of satellite products. At present, the main means of acquiring data at sea in
China is still large-scale voyage test on board ships. This method needs high cost and requires a lot of manual operation,
and the efficiency of acquiring data is extremely limited. However, a large amount of observation data can be obtained by
establishing long-term automatic observation stations at sea, and the cost is low. In this paper, the continuous observation
data of atmospheric optical parameters obtained by CE318 solar photometer installed on Wenzhou offshore platform in
Zhejiang Province are analyzed based on the data processing method of AERONET. Combined with the actual situation,
the automatic observation data of atmospheric optical parameters at sea are qualitatively controlled and verified by satellite
data. Finally, a data quality control scheme for automatic observation of atmospheric optical parameters at sea is proposed.

Among them, satellite remote sensing observations have the advantage of a wide range of observations, while on-site observations on offshore platforms can obtain observation data with higher time resolution, and have the advantages of easy calibration and maintenance, and high-quality observation data. In summer, the proportion of fine-mode aerosols is relatively high, the scattering effect is weak, and the absorption effect is relatively strong; while in winter, the coarse mode aerosols in the sea area occupy a larger proportion, the scattering effect is strong, and the relative absorption effect is weak. And the quantitative relationship between the single scattering albedo and the absorption coefficient of the aerosol scale distribution model of the sea area is given.

Prestressing with external tendon is one of the most efficient techniques for the strengthening of steel structures and for controlling the structure deflection.This technique can be used for new structures as well as for rehabilitation of existing structures.Three-dimensional nonlinear finite-element analyses have been performed in this paper to investigate the prestressing effects on the flexural behavior and the structural response of prestressed simply supported steel I-beam with external unbonded tendon.ANSYS software has been used to analyze and simulate the process of applying the prestressing force and the structure loads.Geometrical imperfections and buckling modes of the unloaded beam were taken into consideration as an initial condition.This paper consisting of verification study on existing experimental results to obtain that the finite-element model conduct by ANSYS can simulate the behavior of prestressed steel beam and shown good agreement with the existing experimental results and parametric study to investigate the effect of several parameters; in terms of the number of deviator,eccentricity of the external tendon,prestressing technique,type of loading and effect of initial imperfection; on the structure behavior.The effect of bracing has been considered after applying the presstressing force to the tendon at the top flange and the bottom flange of the steel beam “at service”.The results show that these factors must be considered in the design because they have a great effect on the stability and the flexural behavior of the prestressed steel structure.

In ferritic stainless steels (FSSs),fine grain size and high γ fiber texture in hot rolled and annealed sheet have beneficial effects to improve the formability of final annealed sheet.In this work,in-grain shear bands were obtained by decreasing the finishing rolling temperature of FSSs.The character of in-grain shear band formation and their influences on microstructure and texture evolution during hot rolling and annealing process were investigated.The results indicate that in-grain shear bands were mainly formed in the deformation grains with γ fiber orientations or {112}〈110〉 orientations.The mis-orientation angles in grains increased with the formation of in-grain shear bands,causing the grains more fragmented.Coalescence of neighboring sub-grains in the areas with in-grain shear bands during annealing supplied nucleation sites for recrystallization as well as grain boundaries,leading to the refined microstructure.And the character of recrystallization nucleation at in-grain shear bands was orientation nucleation,in which the recrystallized grains mainly possessed {111}〈112〉 orientations,increasing the γ fiber textures of the hot rolled and annealed sheet.

In this paper, we introduce critical systems thinking into the present study of knowledge and its management. Our preliminary study shows two things about critical systems thinking. First critical systems thinking, as a thinking guide or perceiving lens, provides comprehensive and creative insight into tackling the increasing complexity of human knowledge and knowledge management processes through the organic connection and division of knowledge systems. Second, it encourages the critical use of available methodologies in a coherent way to cope with corresponding subsystems or processes, which breaks down the complexity into convenient units. Based on critical systems thinking, we divide knowledge into two aspects: static substance knowledge and dynamic process knowledge. This division not only provides a concise theoretical framework but also allows knowledge managers and workers to clearly understand the gravity of their work, and to selectively utilize well-established methodologies in the practice of knowledge-related activities. This paper serves as an introduction to an application of critical system thinking and total systems intervention in diversified organizational knowledge topics.
